Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Seagull Bags... long wait?

I just put an order in (via email) to Seagull Bags for one of their Humming Bird hip bags.
Anyone know how long it takes to get something like this back? I haven't gotten a reply yet, but i'm bored and kinda curious what i'm in for.
There's a small ammount of custom art involved, nothing complicated.

I don't know about hips bags, but my large custom messenger bag took about 7 weeks.
My bag has been awesome thus far and Dan was great to deal with.

Shoot, i was hoping to have it as a gift by the 29th. Ah, well... seems like a dope product nonetheless.

i emailed him last week regarding a hip pack...he told me it would be about a 4 week wait, if that helps any....it's worth the wait, he makes great bags.

i got a black bag, 2 waterproof drawing cases and a cell phone holster and it took 4 weeks for the black bag and about another 2-3 for the rest. the wait was long but the products are great, so if you're looking for quality and have some time to spare then i suggest seagull.

I will bring my computer so he can respond to this tomorrow.

Getting loads of orders and taking longer is to be expected, but when you then you should let people know how long it is going to take. As in my case I ordered a custom bag and it took 3 months to get and when I got the bag it wasn't how I ordered it and things were missing... Just because you had a GREAT experience with them doesn't mean everyone did. I do love my bag and I still like seagull bags and I am not telling people not to buy from there. I'm just saying...maybe people have a reason to ***** and moan...

Pegasus (the prototype) ****ing rocks, and so does my TT pad. I wanna get a regular mess bag from him some time, it's definately money well spent, and worth the wait.

It's kinda like getting a Vanilla but without the absurd pricing.

I just wanted to add that Dan was great about fixing everything with my order. I am not trying to scare people away from buying from them. They have awesome customer service.

My hip pouch and custom bag took 2 months. Just a hip pouch shouldn't be more than a month. Like any good custom product, high volume of orders and quality work lead to a long wait..

I'm waiting on my huge backpack. I put my order/paid April 19th. He said mine should be done by the end of this month.

Excited and i have no problems waiting. Gotta help out a guy making a hard living making awesome bags. Plus gotta support my state's economy (OHIO)
