I Just moved to St. James (I live just off of Woodlawn). It's A house full of V.W. driving BMXers. The point of this thread here is get some ideas on where to ride Street, Dirt, Flat you name it.

Fit doesn't ride, his mother doesn't like it. Sorry to inform you Rob.

Mr Rogers is the best. R.I.P.

Haha. I ran out of the house yesterday again because of my mom and went riding for a bit. Bent bars and gripless pedals are getting on my nerves. I did a 180 only for my foot to come flying off the pedal and for it to hit me right in the knee. I still can't walk so well.

Rob, as for street, I just go all over and fool around. Schools are the best, but you get kicked out often. Smithtown HS East and St. Andrew's are pretty decent and you don't get kicked out of there.

getting kicked out or getting chased by the police is the best part though

It's exciting, but I wouldn't call it the best part. I prefer riding.

Get some new pedals? And what happened to those Slam bars you got off a friend, i'm pretty sure you didn't bend those.

I will hopefully be getting new pedals soon. I ended up not purchasing the Slams because I want Scerbos.

I had no idea there were trails over there. Tell me where and hopefully I can check them out.

take moriches road up to nichols and make a right. take nichols a few miles and make a left on to woodview (there will be baseball fields on the right). the road dead ends at the woods and just follow the trail in.

Snugent, where you from in Centereach? You seem pretty close to my age and I lived just off Rustic Road for like 18 years. when did you graduate?

Those trails by the mall are right by me i need to hit them up soon.

Don't lie. You have no friends and ride alone.

I just find I can concentrate more on what I'm doing if I'm riding alone. You don't have to try to impress anyone or do anything unnatural.

Yea normally I ride alone, just because im older than most kids who ride around here. But recently I decided i'm not progressing at all and most of the kids I rode with in Centereach/Selden were teaching me quite a bit. As far as flatland, there really is noone to ride with who can teach me things.
