Their bikes look nice - especially the Jamie Roy. Are the frames steel or AL? Do you think it's worth another $100 to get a carbon fork?

I think my buddy at the LBS rocks an IRO with a carbon fork and Chris King and loves it.

The Jamie Roy is aluminum and I think everything else is steel.
