Northern California - Casual, Norcal road ride, June 30th

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Well me and my friend Siu are getting our road bikes and we both should be getting them the week of June 24th. We'd like to try and get a road ride together June 30th. We'd like to invite anyone to come up, and here's a few details.
-This ride will be super chill and casual, mostly a relaxing, socializing thing if anything.
-In SF, and possibly surrounding suburbs.
-The majority of us lack road etiquette, as we will be brand new to road riding.
-No climbing, only flats.
Anyways, we'd like to incorporate Golden Gate Park in the ride, but we're not sure of a route just yet. Suggestions, etc are much appreciated. We'll probably incorporate some of the Great highway, and possibly go into other suburbs.
So post in this thread if you're interested, after the ride we'll go pack in tons of calories at a chinese buffet. Oh yea, pork dumplings baybuh. :D

Tunitas Creek Road is not "no climbing, only flats" and the easier routes are not real scenic.

Hmm, so depending on when we start the Giro, we should be finishing about 12-1pm at Bay Meadows.
You can start a ride at the north end of Sawyer Camp Trail, ride to the south end, meet up with Crystal Springs Road and follow the stream of cyclists to Bay Meadows and join the rest of the group.
It may be hard to spot the group if we don't have our jerseys yet.

Only the 100 mile option is scenic. The others just roll though various suburbs.
Can you guys make the ride around 1pm so the BF'ers riding in the Giro can meet up with you guys?
You'll be passing my old neighborhood in the Sunset way back when... when we used to hang with the WPOD's on 46th and Taraval... doh!
Or join my slow@ss on the 30kEZ (18+miles) ride since I'll be pulling my daughter in the trailer (that Tiffanie from SoCal is letting me use, thanks Tiffanie!)
