Hey guys, I got a watch from my dad and am looking for any info I can get on it.

It is a Seiko. On the face it says Seiko Quartz. SilverWave Z.
On the bottom it says XGA790L and 8D4640. Also says Stainless Steel Japan - A7123-8070 then in a box 62.

I cant find anything by searching these numbers on google. Anyway I can get pics if needed but I was just curious how old it is and if its worth anything. Thanks

Sounds like 70's or early 80's.
