The bars should fit.
Explain further the scenario.

As I understand it the clamping area on 1" threaded BMX stems is also 1", while mini bars are 7/8", or there abouts. Basically I know I would have to shim it, but I was also wondering if anyone knew of a 1" threaded stem with a 7/8" clamping area.
Or, I could just totally be wrong...
Pretty much every BMX stem is a 7/8" clamping area. Any BMX stem requiring a 1" clamp area would be an oddity. And most likely NOT a 1" shafted stem.
