I have registered to do my first ATB ride, only doing the 210 course going via Queenscliff. Looking forward to it, with some reservations. I have started my training yesterday, rode nearly 90 klm from Pakenham to Drouin and back. I am plaining on averaging over 200klm a week with longer rides over time to build up the distance.

I read this and thought ... the Around the Bay was on now? See ... I was there, in the Melbourne area, when that ride was on in October 2004. :D
