The parent company of my company is sponsoring a cross country ride to support cancer research. Any adult rider can apply for a chance to join the ride with 19 others, plus Lance Armstrong.
The idea is to raise awareness about cancer, so in addition to being a decent rider, having some connection with cancer or cancer research is a prereq...

My wife is a survivor, as is her mother, and a few other folks, so I am going to try to make the cut, although odds are slim. The application must be completed by 7/21.
