Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I finally have a Float 100RLC on my Jekyll. I have been missing out!! It is the single best upgrade I have done to the bike. The headshok worked fine (and was lighter) but 70mm was too short. I used the new Cane Creek Double XC Short headset which converts the 1.5 inch headtube to a 1 1/8 steerer.
Saweeet. Now enjoy the ride that is Float. I got a float RL, and dam, what a fine ride.
its like floating on a cloud

Is it me, or is the front tire on your bike on backwards? Looks like it to me.

The verticals have a different rotating direction front and rear. :D

Should have known that.(Is having a bad day.)
Yeah, I have the same problem with my Jekyll. The front and rear doesn't feel balanced. Not enough travel in the front.. too easy to bottom out I guess.
How do the Fox Vanilla series compare with say the Psylos or Blacks? I'm in the market for a new fork.
