I'm doing hill repeats (but why?) in about a half an hour. I'll remember your words of advise.
And I thought this was going to be about the INTAKE of proper fluids.........
Description is spot on though.

Doing those hill repeats are the only way to learn:)
On my Tuesday night ride there is a half mile hill that starts at 2-3% grade and finishes with a 9-10% grade for the climb out of the river valley. Last night I didn't have to use the granny gear and even had a little left on the middle ring:D Hill repeats work!!
