General Cycling Discussion - why is there no tour de france coverage in my town?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Thats sad I even get to watch live TDF (cable tv) coverage up here in the sticks. What part of NY are you from?
I have digital TV, but to get the OLN, I have to update to an expanded package and pay more.
I think when my contract runs out on the digital cable, I'll be looking towards satellite cable instead. No Tour updates this year unless I go to one of the websites... again! <sigh>
If you have the bandwidth, you can at least listen to the live audio stream (http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia-live/oln/4895/28_oln-tour_live_030623.asx).
Can you give me the actual website where I can get the live audio stream?
I cannot open your link- I need to use another program to listen to the audio feed. Thanks!
Koffee
Sure... you can get to it from the official TdF site (http://www.letour.com/2003/us/index.html).

Koffee, you need an application that can plat asx file types, such as Winamp (http://www.winamp.com/).
I think Joe meant play. Or maybe he was trying to be French as in "plat du jour"... plate of the day. :D
Oooooohhhh....
Play makes sense. I thought there was something special I would have to download or something... I got it.
Thanks for the help, guys!
