Rant ON:
I went on an early morning ride alone this morning and was burning down the trail. As I went over a ridge and down a narrow drop at full speed, a bike comes out of the woods (over an orange mesh fence) stops, and looks at me like a deer in the head lights. I hit the brakes and flew into her like superman while my bike did cartwheels. :irritated :irritated
It was a couple that couldn't ride the trails and were cutting through the wrong way. I was bloody and pissed. After scraping myself up off the ground I wanted to knock the chicklets out of their mouths. They said "oh, we are sorry we thought the trail went this way". Never mind you just rode over an orange fence to keep you out!:crash: Sorry just doesn't cut it when you nearly killed me.
Now I sit here with bacon strips on my arms and legs and a shoulder that looks like a baseball is glued to it. Next time I will knock the chicklets out of their mouths so I will feel better. Tomorrow's hockey game will not be pretty for me.
Did I mention I want to knock their F'n teeth out?
