Toptube is too long for me. I run a 20" right now, but I could probably run a 20.25" comfortably.

Toptube is wayyy too long for me and it's definitely not heavy enough either. I run a 20.5 frame, but I want to go down to atleast a 20.2 or 20.25... I was thinking about 20, but I don't know if I could pull that off.
