Anyone want to recomend a last minuet training schedule?

I have entered the Yaletown crit for July 1st. Between then and now I have no family:) so I have time to do the finishing touches on training. It is a flat crit with one short steep hill. My training to date has been sprint work and hill climbing and a series of training crits. I have 2 more training crits to go before the race. One crit has a big hill and last year I got dropped in cat 5 on that crit and this year I'm finishing in the top half of the pack in cat 4 on that hilly training crit and got 3rd in Cs on the flat trainnig crit. Should I focus on speed only or carry on with a combo of hill climbs and sprint intervals? Ideas?

I'd go out and try a couple laps in the rain just to get a feel for the bricks.

You're thinking of the Gastown crit just up the street. The Yale Town crit hasnt any cobbles.

Oh right, ytown. In the old days Ytown was just a bunch of abandoned warehouses and parking lots where tricks took their hookers at night, now its jillion dollar highrise condos, ytown brewery and criteriums. Progress.
