"The 33"-Road Bike Racing - What should I do this weekend? How about my 1st Road Race?

So i'm sitting around this evening and am eagerly anticipating my first road race in Memphis, TN next weekend...I was wondering what I should do this weekend and figured...Hey why not enter a road race and then i'll have 2 under my belt in 2 weeks time. So i entered the Avery Trace Cycling Classic Road Race outside of Gainesboro, TN.

I can plan to be over that way later in the afternoon if you'd like...I was gonna try and beat the heat and come in the morning but an afternoon ride would be fine too...just would like to be back on the road by night fall. Just let me know.
