Does anyone have any experience with Ecount Webcertificates? They are a virtual VISA debit card you can spend on the Internet wherever VISA is accepted. They also have various service fees charged against the value on the card. I received a couple as a sign-up enticement with an Internet service provider. I would have to register with a password and some personal information. Are they worth the hassle? My certificates are two valued at $50 each. My wife wants me just to forget the whole thing and let them lapse.
