I just did a frame-up build and I want to make sure the bike is fitted to me correctly! Any LBSs I've gone to are filled with teenagers with blank looks on their faces when I mention "fitting," so is there a spot where I can bring my bike in and have them size me up?

Bike Doctor in Waldorf, Maryland has one of the best fitting areas and techs that I have ever seen. I actually was fitted in thier Crofton store, but I was drooling over the fitment area in Waldorf. I know some of the people there and they are top notch.

In DC - Capitol Hill Bikes.

Revolution Cycles in Georgetown is said to have a pretty good guy if you schedule ahead, but I haven't used them.

In Frederick does a great job. They will email the Fit form to you afterwards so any shop can recreate your bike fit.
