Floyd won. Don't know if he doped or not but I do know that the lab never presented EVIDENCE to prove he did.

Tour organization says other wise....Isn't that what matters....It's their tour.

They don't recognize Landis as champion,but can't give the jersey to the Spainard till the International Cycling Federation is done with the case.

Which,of course,will be well after this years tour so we'll have a new champion and will have moved on.

Landis ain't champ.

The first day will be without yellow just like when the defending champion can't make the race or retires.
