I'm just wondering if anybody's purchased from them before? THis is because i'm about to take the plunge and purchase a veloce group and wheelset from them this monday. I just wanna make sure everything goes smoothly:D

I can only give you one man's experience FWIW. I purchased your basic vanilla Veloce build kit from them, stock like thay had it on their website. I e-mailed my order in because I couldn't believe their price was so low. Then I called as a follow up. Talked to Ed, very nice, very receptive, took them 2-3days to ship the order. When it came, the seatpost and bottom bracket had been left out(I have never ordered a build kit that didn't have at least one thing screwed up), I e-mailed, then called, the seatpost and bb were sent out asap, no questions asked. I've built many wheels in my life and these are built right. I'm happy. Hope that helps.

Cool. I'm only ordering a groupset, not a build kit... hopefully there won't be any screwups. But yeah, i can't believe the prices are so low.
