Last post, I was asking about upgrades to the road bike to make it more aero. I priced them, and once I get a fitting I could be looking at upwards of $400. Now I'm thinking that spending 1/4 to 1/5 or so the price of a new tri bike might not be the best option. I'm looking for a new bike to shoot for, and wondered if anyone had any experience with the Trek Equinox line? I'm a Trek fan, but so far have only been looking at Felt or Cervelo. Thanks!

Hey there,

What size is your TTT? I could be interested, and i am in no way trying to highjack this thread so just tell me to get bent if I am out of line here.

I would take a look at some framesets first to determine what style and geometry you are going to like. The Trek Equinox/TTT is a great bike for the money. The two different bikes have a lot to offer in a wide degree of options. That is including the aluminum framed models as well. Cervelo's are freakin' expensive but money no option, I would definately be down for the new P3c. Also, the Ceepo TT Venom is out of site man. Check out Tri Mag's April issue!
