Jeff Beck's solo on "What God Wants, Part III" from Roger Waters' Amused to Death
Everything on Metallica's Ride the Lightning
Eddie Van Halen on Van Halen II
Elliott Easton from The Cars
Andy Summers from The Police
and my favorite of all, David Gilmour.
The beginning of Van Halen's Dreams is awesome:)
isn't there a guitar thread a few lines down?
Pantera - Floods, Cemetary Gates
Blues Saraceno - almost all... kinda cheesy though
Steve Vai - forget the names, track 5 and 6 (or 6 and 7?) on Fire Garden
Jeff Beck - bahh i forget the track,
i am no help here :( I do play but lately I've been listening to stuff that I CAN play to try and play it better, I'm more along the lines of blink 182, system of a down, some metallica and pantera, green day (oh i OWN green day), linkin park, 3 doors down, korn, and the like, as far as skill level. So not really great solo material hehe
