Hey all! Im currently living in Champaign, IL (will be moving up to Chicago soon) and I've been riding the country roads with the Prairie Cycle Club. I was using a mountain bike for a while, but recently was able to snag an '86 Schwinn Prelude from a family member's barn. New wheels/tires/tubes on it, but all original Suntour gearing and Diacompe brakes. Much faster than my mountain bike. Just wanted to say hey, and see if there were any other Chicago or Champaign road cyclists around, maybe with some tips of where to ride.
