The answer depends entirely upon how one defines a "best deal".

By best deal do you mean:

Will it or won't it be compatible?

Will it or won't it come with any sort of warranty?

Will it or won't it work with your particular drivetrain combination?

Will it or won't it actually be delivered?

Will it or won't it be new, used or damaged?

Will or won't the seller give you any guidance with the above questions?

Will or won't they take it back if it's incompatible?

Will it or won't it contribute to a relationship benefitting you in the future?

If you're not in a rush....ebay. I picked up brand new, in the package ultegra 10sp cassette and an ultegra 10 sp chain for $35 shipped. Be patient and the deals will come.
