No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
Is english possibly not your first language?
You are doing real well with the spelling, but something is lost in translation.

I used to have to edit for a person who wrote performance reviews a little bit like this. I really wanted to help, but I never knew how.

42.Mathematically speaking, you could be right.
High atop a mountian in the valley of the dead lives a silent peasant king who daily lectures on the richness of poverty to the migets of the land of giants. In his never ending haste he droned endlessly on the importance of brevity. In an instant a recently deceased child whose imortality was known across the land, removed the shoe from her hand and struck the king in the face as the barber shaved him with a chicken bone.
The king recovered from his mortal wound and senternced the child to death, at the end of a life sentence in jail.
Moral of the story: Milk spilt on one bad apple spoils the chicken across the road.
******************************** OR *********************************
One fine day in the middle of the night,
Two dead men got up to fight,
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other,
One was blind and the other couldn't, see
So they chose a dummy for a referee.
A blind man went to see fair play,
A dumb man went to shout "hooray!"
A paralysed donkey passing by,
Kicked the blind man in the eye,
Knocked him through a nine inch wall,
Into a dry ditch and drowned them all,
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
And came to arrest the two dead boys,
If you don't believe this story’s true
Ask the blind man he saw it too!

20lbs is like 30lbs if a guy lifts only if the pounds are lifted in a zero-gravity environment. Have fun old chap!

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"
He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.
And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!"
He chortled in his joy.
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

By the way, my take on the OP is that they are asking what is the equivalent weight for a man versus a woman. If a man can lift 30 lbs with 50% effort, does that translate to a woman lifting 20lbs with the same effort. Or is it closer to half, such as 30lbs for a man = 15 lbs for a woman with the same perceived effort.

I wasn't sure about that so I decided t translate it. Here it is translated by Babelfish from English to French and back:
No room of gymnastics for the house, the floor with 30, but it establish are for 20 like 30 books when you no elevator it to be for the men, for 30 books in the place? or is half 10 per 20 books?
and from that to Russian and back.
No room of gymnastics for the house, the floor with 30, but it does establish for 20 as 30 books when you any elevator it in order to be for the people, for 30 books in the place? or half 10 into 20 books?
Did that improve it?

The structure looks like a Babelfish translation from Chinese to English is what I was referring to.;) I've seen some pretty fractured syntax that way!:D

Heck, I don't even have to go to Babelfish- many toy assembly instructions are good examples. Give me Ikea's approach any day. No text, just pics, all pics.

Unless it is 8. As in the case where the dog ate my homework. Or seven ate nine. But what is truly important here is the angle. Because, the angle of the dangle is directly proportional to the heat of the meat.
