Hi Guys
I'm posting from Western Australia and looking for some advice on my new Front Hub drive. It’s a 400W brush less, gearless Chinese model (don’t know the brand). I've mounted the drive on the front forks with the bike upside down. In this situation, the instructions (in poor pronunciation) say that it should spin freely with some slight resistance. I'm not sure what this 'slight' resistance is, it seems to be very tight, moving 1/3 of a turn max when spinning by hand. It feels like it is a kind of staggered resistance (tight then loose then tight again...). It makes no difference if the wheel nuts are tight or loose. Funnily it spun fairly freely when I first took it out of the box. Any suggestions? Maybe I've got a dud product
