What a great race, not surprisingly my bike was the strongest part of the race (with a separated shoulder and IT band problems i had not been swimming or running) here are the results

Happy with the results, now onto the pocono's tri next month.

Thanks, the bike times did not surprise me, but i did not think i was going that fast in the swim while still in the water. What really got me, was how the hills really effected people on the bike. There was a lot of time lost just going up the hills.
