Gonna spray my frame, not sure what color

It's a toss up between white and mint green.

What do you think?

Whats the best way to spray it?

I'd go with mint green, but then the bars and spokes would have to be painted as well.

you could go with like mint green frame and white on the bars and maybe on the rims

I'd go for mint green as well.

The best way to do it is just rough up your current paint with like 120 grit sandpaper, then give her at least 2 cans of mint green (or whatever color you decide on) along with an assload of cleacoat. Let dry as long as possible before riding. And only paint in non-humid or freezing conditions.
