I've got a Hoo Koo E Koo from '03 and a lower level Schwinn roadie that needs some love.
Thanks, Yeah, I'm about 6 miles NW of NYC.
Im getting back into riding and have found some worthwhile bike paths around my neck of the woods. Nothing technical yet, just working up a sweat.
One of my coworkers hipped me to this forum, I came seeking general knowledge and some repair tips.

hey viking. i am from palisades park and i ride through teaneck some days on my way to school. its called bergen county academies. anyway im just curious what are some of the routes that u ride on?
