Good tasting water.......Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......
Never had a problem with it. Then again I keep my empty bladders in the freezer.
What exactly is the problem? Plastic-tasting water, I assume?
Give the bladder a good rinse with a mixture of 25% lemon juice and 75% water. And of course, don't forget to empty and rise the bladder right away when you return from a ride.
I clean mine with water and a little bleach. So the first fill after a cleaning tastes a little like swimming pool water.
I use denture cleaner to clean the bladder. Two tabs, fill with water, leave overnight.

I got a Platypus bladder - seems like a much better design than the Camelbak.
1. Different material for the bladder, slick -- not soft and rubbery
2. Ziplock top so you can actually get something inside it to clean it.
I got it for backpacking; haven't used it on the bike.

+1 +2 for the denture tablets.
If you're too cheap for that, fill it with Coca-Cola and let it sit overnight.

I just clean it w/ dishwashing detergent and fill it w/ juice mixed w/ water.
