Can anyone recommend a way to remove the bearing cap on the TIME RXS pedal, without sending it back to TIME.

Special one-off tool, proprietary to Time. Try a strap wrench.

Just wanted to give this post a bump. Anyone ever removed the bearings on these without sending them back? If so, how?

I had one come loose once. I emailed Time and they said no tool was available, use pliers or a strap wrench, as Soil Sampler suggested.
