Anyone ready to jump on the causeway to/from Sanibel and ride the new mountain section? We just returned from our vacation on Sanibel, but the opening of the climbing section was delayed so we missed it and will have to wait until next year. :(

The "mountain" opened yesterday afternoon for off-island traffic......some problem with the new toll booth plaza, so on-island traffic is still on the old bridge.....

Just had a large brush fire in NW Cape Coral yesterday, you would have been breathing a lot of smoke on Sanibel and Captiva yesterday and last night....
