I've been working with several of my different trainers and ideas from resources online. I've incorporated different aspects outside of just riding to this preparation routine for a faster century development ride over the period of 10 weeks. I am a collegiate track and field runner and have access to many great weight programs. If there is an interest I have a major, minor, and transverse abdominal workout along with speed and explosiveness for lower body development program.
