Well, I took my fourth ride yesterday. Made it 20 miles in 1.5 hours. Not a fast average speed but trust me I was sweatin and nearly felt like I over did it.
My question: Should I bike EVERY day. About 7 years ago I went every day for 1.5 hours, usually making it 25 to 30 miles on my dirt bike. I was 80 lbs lighter then though.
Should I pace myself ever other day or just push through it? I feel exhausted today. I don't want to kill myself but I don't want to start making excuses. Your advise?
Other info: I'm 265 trying to lose 80+ pounds and other than my 4 recent bike rides I haven't excersized in 6 years. I am eating better now and hoping to use the bike trail to get back in shape.
