I'm looking for a group to get the cities to offer cyclist and motorist pamphlets on working together. Also other advocacy things.

look on this web site http://www.lmb.org/index.htm it is the League of michigan bicyclist. I am a new member of the promotions commitee from zone 11 and they have lots of stuff to offer. They can also give you contact information for people in your area that can help you.
