I'm looking to buy a frame that is similar to the san jose or one way, similar in that they have track ends with brazeons for fenders and brakes. Any suggestion will help.

Just trying to save him from himself. Why would anyone want fender and rear canti braze ons with track ends.
Steamroller has no braze ons.

Oh, and the Milwaukee Orange One has fender eyelets and canti studs are offered as a custom option for more $$$.
I think there is an earlier incarnation of the Gunnar Street Dog frame that had canti studs.

also, this steelwool frame (http://steelwoolbicycles.ca/frames.php) fits the bill, minus the trackends. it has vertical dropouts with an eccentric bb.

ECC BB's only belong on tandems!
sliders are so much betterer.
sliders are worthless with cantis or vs
