Remove 30-sec limit for red stars

I do a lot of "quick replies" and find it disruptive to have to wait 30 seconds between posts. The requirement makes sense for non-paying members (to prevent flooding and spamming done by forum-scouring bots) but for those of us who have ponied up the cash, perhaps we can be allowed to rapid-fire responses?

I'm tempted to ask the same of the search restriction, but don't want to press my luck! :D

The solution here is obvious. You need to get a life. :) Of course, you're engaged, right? Real Soon Now, it won't be a problem anymore... :D
