Our training race was canceled tonight due to rain and a truck parked on the course, so a group or racers and I who showed up decided to do a sudo training race on our own.

We went for a couple of laps realy hard and I was comming off a pull, and they sprinted off so I chased. I took a corner realy hot considering the wet roads. I can handle it but there was a car comming the other way. I touched the brakes and went down hard in the apex of the road.

Yea sorta gave me a scare. The other racers came back as I collected myself. I used to be a ski patrol so I have heard these things can pop back in. It was wierd. I'm holding my what should be my sholder and it feels like it's not there. I feel down a bit and there it is. It did not hurt much so I just went for it and gently pressed it up. Doink it goes back in and imidiately feels right.

Well, After I got my shoulder sourted out and realized my but was terebly sore, I put hte chain on the bike and rejoined the race.

Exactly , me too. So I raced and then went to MDonalds to get some Ice. There is ice on my shoulder now as I write this.

10 min ice and 30 min heat, repeat.

Exactly what I'm doing. Took a bath and that was so good. Washed my chaffed but.

It is going to bruse bad. It is chaffed and red and bleeding a bit. The bath made it much better.
How is it that my bibs sustained no damage what so ever yet my but is damaged? The whole cheek is read and the beeding is as big as a hockey puck.

Cat 4. licence required. If you go, we can work together. I have a snot green helmet and my right arm is in a sling.:D
