I just heard that San Francisco may not charge this jerk with a felony hit and run!
On June 18 2007 on Octavia street in San Fancisco a jerk hit a bicyclist and then ran over a guy who told him to not leave the scene! The car actually flipped over on its side on top of the guy. There's a few stories about it, just google news "Octavia" and "hit."

This is bull, this is the second time in the past few months that SF is backing off from prosecuting these creeps. Remeber the woman in the mini van.
Call and Tell your friends to call their local supervisor to put pressure to prosecute this jerk!
