I used to keep track of him in the Tour because he lived in Austin. Last I heard, he left USPS a couple years ago to be the head honcho for Telekom. I noticed he's not in the Tour this year. Is he still racing?

Kevin Livingston retired after the tour last year.:)

yup, frankie andreu interviewed him right after he made his retirement announcement in last years tour. he just wanted to be able to spend more time with the family.
