Mountain Biking - Pics from today's ride.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

will take way too long to attach each pic.
There's nobody riding.? Just pics of the trail and the bike. Do you remove that clutter on your h-bars before you ride?

That clutter was there because I broke my camelback in an earlier fall. Also try being the rider and the photographer at the same time, 90% of the time I ride solo.
Same here. I ride early saturday and sunday mornings and my friends are too lazy to get up at 6am to enjoy mother nature. losers.
I wish our trails didn't suck so much :(

I can relate to that.I live right on a national park boundary here in Perth and up until I started mtbing, nature wasn't a word in my vocabulary.

you would never catch me riding in the morning. I never wake up till 10am and I can't ride till I have been up for at least 4 hours and my brain is fully active.

Out here in the desert by 2pm (10 am + 4 hours of "waking up") it is WELL over 105 for the summer months.
I watched the sun come up at the trail head this morning and enjoyed about 2-4 hours of ride time before it got wayyyyy too HOT. Dry heat my A**! It's hot. High of 116 today!
On the other hand, in January I can ride all day in shorts and a long sleeve t-shirt.
In short, ride in the morning here or die trying some other time.
It barely even gets below 90 all night.
But I love it.

So I would bike at night or evening...my mental capacity is not enough to ride technical trails when I first wake up...its just too dangerous for me and the trails I ride...
No offence dude...I visited Arizona for 3 months and at 116 it doesn't feel that hot (I barely even sweat when I am down there). You have dry heat and I miss it. Ontario feels a much hotter when its natural temp sits at 90 degrees then arizona did at 110...humidity is the worst thing ever. :)...
In january I would be drinking in a bar inside...no riding for me haha

You must have come in January...record lows that month and then Feb - april every record for every month was broken :D...
I like the idea of the awd bike but not for the price...for that price I could get a sweet freeride dually :D
