I have been increasing the mileage every couple of days, and this morning I got 30 miles in without any knee problems, so I'm going to try to do it again but with some hills tomorrow. The plan is to take Wells Dr to Dumetz to Mulholland, then back Las Virgines to Mureau to Calabasas then Wells Dr again. A little over 30 miles with moderate climbing.
