Does anybody see the same bus, car, person, etc, on there route every morning and know there on time for work. The same bus passes me about the same place every morning,if it passes me further up the street I know I better get to pedaling.

I see them, but I generally don't bother using them to judge my time. For one thing, I'm fast learning that relying on other people generally is folly. For another, I generally leave at around the same time, so it doesn't really matter all that much.

I hope no one uses my behaviour as a guide to time. I find myself leaving somewhere between 7.20am and 7.45am depending on how much I stuff around in the morning, debating which bike would be better for the weather of the day. Then some days I get a lift.

CHEERS.

If someone uses me as a watch, they better work flexible hours like I do. I usually have a 90 minute bracket for starting my commute. So I don't get to see same cars at the same spot much, but I can tell if it is later (or earlier) than 8 am just by checking traffic light rhythm at my first intersection.

I always see the street cleaning crew on the same street in Birkenhead at the same time every Wenesday: that must be their day for cleaning that street.
