Can anyone help with info about Alan carbon frames possibly early 80's. need as much info as possible including internet sites. The frame I purchased of ebay recently has curved seat stays (from side on profile) is this normal ?
Any help would be much appreciated

I don't know of any carbon in the 80's, but Alan made screwed-and-glued aluminum frames then.

I owned an aluminium one but don't recall either alu or carbon models having any curves. There may have been a lateral bend in both seatstays at the brake bridge on some models, but I'm not certain.
