So, I'm newbie.. but I was just wondering what the riders of the TdF are doing these days? Riding much? Just taking it easy? Any diet changes?

Our team is meeting the CSC riders at CSC HQ on Thursday, so I hope they're on their way :) If not they'll be a lot of BBQ left over ;)
