howdy all from the land of the rising sun, im a aussie living in japan, and have just gotten into riding as a cross trainer for soccer/football, and have discovered how much of a fun way it is to train, i use a hardtail mountain bike, its a fuji nevada 4.0, as where i ride over here is a combination of roads , footpaths and mountain tracks,
i ride 3 to four days a week, each ride lasts for about a hour and a half, ive no idea of how long it is, but im keen to get one of them trip speedos/odometer deals, i wouldnt consider myself more than a novice but it has really help lower my resting pulse rate, and also has helped to strenghen my quads, which have given me some trouble footballing wise, i am currently using a polar f6 hrm to help my training and have folded this over to cycling/riding too which i have found to be a awesome way to get the best out of training
anyhow look forward to talking to some of yous and continue to enjoy my training and rides
thanks
luke
