I have two NOS Campy bottom brackets with square taper spindles. (Got them for $1 each!)

I doubt I will have too much use for them unless they are the normal taper. Are all Campy spindles ISO? Is there any way to tell by looking or measuring? The shell is not Italian threading if that is any help.

Measured the square ends of a couple of mine
ISO - Campy 70's -80's era 112/114.5mm length. square end is 12.5mm
JIS - new Shimano UN-72, square end is 12.7mm

The length of the taper on campy spindles can vary, but I guess the very end should be relatively similar... If ever there was a JIS campy spindle I suppose it could have been the NJS group, but I have not been able to confirm this one way or the other. it's only speculation.

I read elsewhere that Campa. switched to a JIS-dimensioned wider spindle end (perhaps 12.7mm instead of 12.5) in the early 1990s, and I have a sealed-bearing BB unit which supports this contention.
