Woohoo! Got weighed at the neurologist today, and the digital scale loved me! I was wearing speakers and cycling clothes, so that's be pretty close to dripping-wet weight.

On the downside, I get into the exam room, and I'm sitting there and notice that my cycling shorts had split a seam... the front seam, halfway between my bellybutton and the boys. Um. My shirt covered it... barely.

Fortunately, they made it home. I even stopped for groceries on the way.

Don't listen to those mean-spirited Clydes, Neil. They are just jealous. As am I. :-)

Congratulations, my friend.

Ah... back up to 200 this morning. It's real when I get to 190, I guess. But it's still pretty cool.

Don't weigh every day. Unless you get a kick out of tracking fluctuations, as I do. Hmm, perhaps it's a Neil thing.

The rule to remain posting in the clyde forum for those that slim out of clyde status; anytime you ride with a clyde on this forum you must be willing to pull along on a ride with a rope.

I also weigh myself every day, and I am also not a Neil; I'm a Joe.

Must not be a Phil thing, as I only weight every other week, and I expect it to be 5 pounds lower than the last time I weighed. :)
