Hello, everybody. I'm a 41 year-old engineer, and I've been into road bikes since I was a teenager. Although I do own a couple mountain bikes, my interest is primarily in road bikes, track bikes, and fixed-gear bikes. I've built several of my own bikes, as well as an occasional bike for friends. I do all my repair myself, and I still occasionally race. I worked as a bike mechanic while I was in college, but I won't mention the name of the shop since the guy was (and still is) a thief.
