I think they fit big. I wore a size 42 in the Vegabond III while my Specialized shoes are a size 43.

...nothing like concensus.
I got two solid seasons out of a pair vortexs, I didn't find them particularly narrow but they seemed to run a full size small so the 47s fit like a size 46 in a Sidi. I think they are pretty good value although I'm not familiar with the most recent models.
