Classic & Vintage - Restored Classic

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The wheels don't fit.
thanks all! she is a beauty...
And she has lots of miles in her resume. She was a commuter bike decades ago.. My grand-dad rode it to work/school..
He(grand-dad) still rides(fuji -- mt. fuji mtb), just for recreation and exercise..

It is a SCHWINN.. But I have no info of the model at this time...
But its a post WWII, bought in 1947.
We are still looking for original schwinn emblems and signatures.. The only actual guide we have is some old black and white pictures in the early to mid 50's..
Any help would be appreciated.
Dexmax,
Check out the Schwinn Forums, if you post picture
(size it down its a bit large), they may be able to ID
the frame. Its part of Schwinn's Heritage site, on the main page.
